What competitions are available?

We will be looking eventually subject to members and members cars available to be doing the following club competitions, which will change every race meeting.

Formula 1 racing - (modified) This means any thing goes.

2 wheel drive - (modified) as above.

4 wheel drive - (modified) as above.

Open chassis (2wd/4wd) VDS Pan car racing - (modified) as above.

Le Mans 1/2hr indurance race (MR-02mm, MR-02Lm & MR-03mm/Lm)- (modified) as above.

For even more extra fun eventually Monster truck racing with ramps on the track, there are many more different types of races we are looking at doing.

We will also be looking to start in April to compete in the Bert F28 UK cup This is the Uk version of the Worldwide How Fast Are You competition. This is run by BleedingEdgeRacing and F28, Click on the link to check out the fantastic prizes that can be won.

Next year 2011 January we will be looking also to compete in the Worldwide How Fast Are You? ranking competition. This event is run by shop tinyrc in the USA, this will give us a chance to either individually try to be the best in the world or try to be the best club in the world but this is a very difficult and very competitive competition as the opposition ie USA are very strong Mini Z drivers.

BleedingEdgeRacingTechnology from what I heard will be looking at further competitions to get involved in, in the following year.

WELSH OPEN CHAMPIONSHIPS-1ST MAY 2011

THIS WILL BE OUR/THE 1ST YEAR OF HOLDING THE WELSH OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP. THIS IS WHERE CLUBS COME FROM ENGLAND AND WALES TO ENTER. WHERE THERE WILL BE QUALIFIER HEATS AND FINALS TO SEE WHERE THE DRIVERS RANK IN THE UK. ALSO TROPHIES FOR THE DIFFERENT RACING 2WD, 4WD, AND F1'S FOR 1ST, 2ND AND 3RD PLACES. THE COMPETITION IS £7.00 PER DRIVER AND £1 EACH FOR SPECTATORS,SOMETHING FOR THE KIDS TO LOOK AT OR ADULTS ALIKE. DRINKS ETC ARE AVAILABLE COME AND HAVE A LOOK TO SUPPORT THE DRIVERS (UK NUMBER 1 WILL BE THERE) IT WILL BE AN EXCITING TIME WATCHING THE PRO'S ON THE TRACK AND HOW FAST THERE CARS ARE GOING. THIS IS WILL BE HELD AT MEINCIAU SPORTS HALL FULL ADDRESS ON WHERE ARE WE BASED.
